Applications for the 2026 Dr. Alan Cheung Community Leadership Scholarship open on February 22, 2026. This year CAPA-MC plans to distribute 15 individual scholarship awards and 5 group awards, recognizing youth contributions to community service.
Applicants submit through Google Forms — separate forms for individual and group applications — and instructions are available in both English and Chinese. The deadline is March 22, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
